PULL YOUR PANTS UP; FLINT, MI POLICE ISSUES GUIDELINES

I knew it was a matter of time before some Barney Phife type of police officer would take the reigns of this horse and ride it out.
Seems that the fine folks in uniform in Flint, Michigan are just the ones to do it.

Chief David Dicks has issued his "sagging pants code". The code enforcement means Flint Police officers can ticket someone whose pants are sagging so low that they are showing skin, or various parts of their under wear.

The Flint branch of the ACLU are going to challenge this decision by the interim chief.

Interim Flint Police Chief David Dicks sent a memo out on June 26th letting the public know officers would be enforcing the ordinance.

I personally hate to see half or all of a man's ass hanging out the back of his pants. But damn...do I want to see someone in jail for 93 days for the offense? Hell to the naw. That's a waste of taxpayers money, and if the people of Flint go for that crap, then they must have some money to waste.
Send some down here to Florida. Gas is high.
