There's been a rash of anti-immigrant violence in Johannesburg, South Africa in the last few weeks. 28,000 have been made homeless, while some 40-50 people have been killed.
South Africa is also seeing a reoccurrence in the old style of lynching called "necklacing".
"Used on suspected informants, the "necklace" is a car tire, filled with petrol, put around the person's neck and set alight."
-CNN.com
Some 500 people have been arrested for looting, publice disturbances and more. A bad economy and a unstable way of life has sent at least 2 million Africas across borders in search of finding a better way of life. Most of the violence is occuring to Zimbabweans and Mozambicans who have entered the country.
Look at the look of fear and wonderment on this poor guys face. He knows what's about to happen to him, but he can't avoid it.
